MysoreOne Centres have been started across the city to facilitate payment of different types of bills at one place. Even though this is done, there is no update of things. In one particular case of mine, they have still not corrected my changed address in the receipt they issue relating to the electricity bill, even after three years.
They wanted correction from the CESC office to this effect. The CESC has sent the corrections through e-mail but there seems to be no responsible person to set the things right.
The person at the helm of affairs seems to be like a ‘Big Boss’ of TV serial since he cannot be approached over phone, because our phone is barred from contact. This message comes when we dial his number. The staff in the office say “we will do the corrections of all customers once.”
Will the concerned kindly look into the issues and set right the problem at the earliest?
