Stinking Flybus toilets need maintenance

December 3, 2019

Sir,

Recently I had an opportunity to travel from Bengaluru airport  to Mysuru in a Flybus. This direct bus facility greatly benefits the passengers who have to travel to Mysuru. The authorities have also installed toilets in many of these buses for the benefit of passengers.

But now this  toilet has become a curse as it is emanating a bad stench and to camouflage the smell, loads of air freshener was sprayed. Both of the smell combined together made our journey really uncomfortable and it was like sitting next to a toilet for 4 hours ! I  request the authorities to take immediate action like getting the toilet cleaned before each trip so that journey is made comfortable.
