Ten more arrested, Prohibitory Orders extended till this evening

Mysuru:  The Police, who had arrested five persons involved in the stone pelting incident at Kyathamaranahalli on Apr.20 during which 12 persons including Vijayanagar Police Inspector Anil Kumar were injured, have arrested 10 more people yesterday bringing the total number of people   arrested to 15.

Meanwhile, the administration, which had clamped Prohibitory Orders under Section 144 to control the situation, has extended the same till 6 pm today.

All the 10 persons, who were arrested yesterday, are localites and they already have cases registered against them at various Police Stations for their alleged involvement in disturbing peace in the society, according to sources.
