Garbage and plastic wastes, which are dumped close to a Park near Hampi Circle in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, is causing a lot of problems to the residents living in the surroundings and also to cows which are eating plastics. The lives of the innocent animals are at stake because of sheer negligence of human beings who do not bother to segregate waste and hand it over to the MCC cleaning staff who collect garbage from door to door. Authorities concerned are urged to initiate action on those found dumping waste and garbage in the locality.
