Stop this irresponsible dumping of garbage in vacant site

July 21, 2020

Sir,

There is a vacant site next to our house (situated opposite to Bisilumaramma temple, 3rd Cross, 1st Stage, to be precise) and it has become a garbage dumping yard for many people. The maids who work at nearby houses regularly dump the waste there making it become an eyesore and also a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

While MCC is doing their every bit like collecting the garbage everyday, some people don’t even use their service. Instead they are keen to spoil the environment, like throwing wastes, spitting etc. During this unprecedented time, do we have to risk other infectious diseases too apart from Covid-19?

I request MCC authorities to take action in this regard immediately.
