There has been a lot of talk about dogs after a recent incident in which a child was severely bitten by a Rottweiler pet dog. However, stray dogs are seen roaming freely on the streets, even in parks where children go to play. A   SOM reader, who has sent this picture of five stray dogs at the Children’s Park inside Kukkarahalli Lake, has urged the authorities concerned to take precautionary measures.
