Street vendors asked to submit documents for ID cards

Mysuru: Based on the direction of the State Government, the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) has launched a survey of street vendors on Sep.22, 2018, for issuance of ID cards and Vending License with QR Code and GPS.

As such, all street vendors should submit required documents such as BPL card, Aadhaar card, caste certificate, Bank passbook, two photographs of family members, details of family members, place of business, hours of business, nature of business etc., to the MCC’s DAY-NULM (Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Urban Livelihoods Mission) Branch, opposite Uttaradi Mutt, near Gun House, Mysuru, before Oct.30, 2018, according to a press release issued by Karnataka State Street Vendors Maha Mandala, Jayanagar, Mysuru.
