Mysuru: Prof. Y. Sreekanth (in pic.), Professor of Education (Assessment Studies) at NCERT New Delhi, has taken over as the new Principal of Regional Institute of Education (RIE) Mysore. He took charge from outgoing Principal  Dr. D. G. Rao on  June 21.

Prof. Srikanth, a native of Ananthapur in Andhra Pradesh, had his higher Education in Bangalore.
