Hampapura: Hommaragalli villagers of HD Kote taluk have urged the Government to come to rescue of a poor fishing family in the village.

“For their livelihood, this family catch fishes under the bridge located near our village. They also intermittently work as labourers. The pandemic this year has devastated their lives. They are struggling to have even one meal per day. We are doing as much as we can by providing food every day.  We would like the Government to do something for their livelihood and provide necessary aid for their survival,” villagers have demanded.
