Three arrested by Rural Police

Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru Rural Police have arrested three persons on charges of threatening a car driver with knife and making away with Rs. 16,000 cash and the car.

The accused are Muheen and Suhail Baig of Ghousianagar and Mohammed Shoaib of Raghavendranagar.

The accused had threatened the driver of a car parked near a private hotel on the Ring Road with a knife and had made away with cash, two mobile phones and the car.

The car driver had lodged a complaint with Mysuru Rural Police, who registered a case, conducted an operation, arrested the accused and recovered Rs. 24,850 cash besides seizing the two-wheeler used for the crime.
