Three-day Sushira Music Festival from Aug. 7

Mysore/Mysuru: Sushira, Sri V. Deshikachar’s Academy of Music, Mysuru, has organised the 21st Annual Music Festival from Aug. 7 to 9 at Sri Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha, Sri Vasu-devacharya Bhavana, JLB Road here. The concerts on all the three days will begin at 6.15 pm. 

On Aug. 7, there will be a Karnatak music vocal concert by Vid. Vinay Sharva accompanied by Vid. Janardhan Srinath on violin, Vid. Anoor Anantha Krishna Sharma on mridanga and Vid. Sunaad Anoor on kanjira.

On Aug. 8, there will be a flute recital by Vid. Rajkamal accompanied by Vid. Matthur Srinidhi on violin, Vid. Tumkur B. Ravishankar on mridanga and Vid. Tumkur B. Shashishankar on ghata.

On Aug. 9, a Karnatak music vocal concert will be presented by Vidu. S. Hiranmayee accom-panied by Vidu. Prithvi Bhaskar on violin, Vid.  G.S. Ramanujan on mridanga and Vid. V.S. Ramesh on morching.
