Group Captain Abhinav Chaturvedi attains superannuation

Mysore/Mysuru: Group Captain Abhinav Chaturvedi, Commanding Officer, 4 Karnataka Air Sqn NCC unit, handed over the command of the Unit to Wing Commander G.S. Asish on Aug. 4, following his retirement after an illustrious career in the Indian Air Force.

Group Captain Abhinav Chaturvedi, an alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy, has also been an awardee of Kargil Star for his outstanding contribution during the Kargil War.

The retiring officer has rendered 27 years of selfless service to the nation and has taken part in numerous operations in India and abroad.

After serving the nation for the best years of his life, Group Captain Abhinav Chaturvedi has decided to make Mysuru his permanent abode and guide the next generation towards serving the nation.
