Bylakuppe:  Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) and Tibetans residing all over the country are celebrating the year 2018 as ‘Thank You India’ by organising a series of events to express their gratitude to the Government of India and its people.

A part of ‘Thank You India’ campaign held on Oct. 2 and 4th anniversary of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, Tibetan Dickey Larsoe (TDL) Settlement in Bylakuppe conducted a Swachh Bharat campaign and cleaned various places at Bylakuppe and Koppa as a gesture to say Thank You India and Thank You Karnataka.

The cleaning drive began at Kushalnagar main bridge to Koppa Bazaar and also Bylakuppe Bazaar area to Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement main gate.   

Tibetan Dickey Larsoe Tibetan Settlement, Office Secretary Nawang Choedhen and staff, Tibetan Dickey Larsoe Primary Agricultural Credit Co-operative Society CEO Chemi Dorjee and staff, Monks from Tashi Lhunpo Monastery and Drikung Kagyud Monastery, Dickey Larsoe Tibetan Settlers and others took part in the campaign.
