Mysuru: In a bid to further entrepreneurship, The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Mysuru Chapter, hosted its monthly TiE Talk recently at Silicon Road Ideation Labs, Mysuru.

Pavithra (Pavi) Ratnakar, a Digital Marketing Strategist and Online Branding and Social Media Professional, specialising in Government to Business (G2B) functions, was the guest  speaker for the event.

Commemorating Women’s Day, the special agenda for the event was to celebrate women beating the odds, challenging the status quo, and to empower the current generation to pierce the glass-ceiling.

Shrilakshmi Desiraju, Co-Founder, Triphase Pharmaceuticals, started the proceedings by introducing the speaker.

Pavi Ratnakar, a professional and an entrepreneur with expertise in Telecom and Digital Marketing, emphasised the importance of handling failures during new ventures and delineated how important missteps are, in shaping an individual’s career track. As an inspiration to every lady and man alike, Pavi Ratnakar’s dialogue with the audience was effective and made a lasting impression on this meeting of TiE, Mysuru Chapter.

The event was presided by TiE Mysuru President Sanjay Srinivasmurthy and was moderated by Gagan Chengappa, Executive Director, TiE, Mysuru.

The event prompted great networking opportunities and offered valuable insights with a special focus on women entrepreneurs and was attended by Board Members of TiE Mysuru Charter Members, noted Mysuru-based entrepreneurs, business professionals, and a large number of new members.

The forthcoming event of TiE Mysuru will witness eminent executives like Prashant Prakash and Sudhanva Dhananjaya in a Fire Side Chat setting to be held on Mar.29 at Mysore Socials, at 6 pm.
