Promoter and Managing Director of Kaynes Technologies Ramesh Kannan was felicitated with TiECON Lifetime Achievement Award for being instrumental in ushering world-class manufacturing concepts to India.

Kaynes Technologies is a leader in the domestic market in electronics manufacturing and the company provides end-to-end solutions to various industries, such as defence and aerospace, medical, power and energy and automotive electronics. Kaynes’ products are part of Sukhoi jets and metro trains running in India.

In a fireside chat on ‘Path to IPO’, Ramesh Kannan said that India will reach global heights in electronics manufacturing in the next eight to 10 years as the Government has favourable policies now. “There is a huge demand for electronics and India can take a giant leap in manufacturing electronics products if   better infrastructure is in place with a better ecosystem,” he said.
