Training in Gond Tribal Painting at IGRMS from May 28 to June 6

Mysuru: Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS), National Museum of Mankind, Ministry of Culture,  Southern Regional Centre, has decided to hold an Education Programme under “Do & Learn’ series on Gond Tribal Painting from Madhya Pradesh, at its Wellington House on Irwin Road here from May 28 to June 6.

The training will be given by the well-known artist Ram Singh and his assistant from Madhya Pradesh for 10 days.

The training is open to public and the interested participants may contact J. Vijay Mohan, Officer-In-Charge, IGRMS,  on Ph: 0821-2448231.

Raw material cost will have to be borne by the participants. The individually prepared items are issued to the participants after the training programme.
