Nagamangala/Mandya: In separate cases, Bellur and Maddur Police have found bodies of unidentified persons in their respective jurisdictions.

In the first case, Bellur Police have found a body of an unidentified woman under the bridge on NH-75 near Kanchinakote Gate in the taluk.

The deceased is aged between 55 and 60 years and was wearing a blue saree and red blouse.

The kith and kin of the deceased, if any, may contact Bellur Police Station on Ph: 08232-287535 or Mob: 94808-04853, according to a press release from Sub-Inspector N. Ramachandra.

In the second case, Maddur Police have found a body of an unidentified man below the Shimsha River overbridge, near Maddur Kolli Circle on Jan. 15.

The deceased has a tattoo of a lion on his left shoulder, has the name ‘Racchu’ etched on his chest, name ‘Kavitha’ tattooed in English on his right hand and has the mark of a surgery near his stomach.

Maddur Police, who have registered a case, has asked the kith and kin of the deceased, if any, to contact Maddur Police Station on Ph: 08232-232170.
