Unidentified man falls to death

Mysuru: An unidentified person has fallen to his death from a tree in the early hours of today. It is learnt that the deceased, in a bid to commit suicide, had climbed the roadside tree between All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH) and Regional Institute of Education (RIE) from where he slipped and fell to his death.

The deceased is about 40-years-old and Jayalakshmipuram Police, who have shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary, have asked the kith and kin of the deceased, if any, to contact Jayalakshmipuram Police Station on Ph: 0821-2418316 or Police Control Room on Ph: 0821-2418339, according to Jayalakshmipuram Inspector Suresh Kumar.
