Information & Public Relations Commissioner holds review meeting

Mysore/Mysuru: P.S. Harsha, Commissioner, Department of Information and Public Relations, has asked all District Information Department Offices to be prepared to carry the achievements of State Government to the people using digital technology platform.

He was speaking at a review meeting of Mysuru Divisional-level here on Friday. “The Department Offices must be strengthened to deliver news as and when it breaks and for which, all necessary help will be extended. Having less employees in the Department, there is a need to have close bond among us. We must also work as a team for better output,” he said.

Harsha advised officials and employees to develop professionalism for which training and research would be conducted. There is a plan to hold sports and cultural programme for families of the Department employees once in a year on the lines of Police Duty Meet.

Deputy Directors Vinod Chandra and C.R. Naveen, Assistant Directors R. Raju, J. Manjegowda, T.K. Harish, Ramesh, Chinnaswamy, Manjunath and Vishnuvardhan Foundation Secretary Vijayanand were present.
