Vaccination drives held at city Colleges

Mysore/Mysuru: A total of 250 members consisting of students, teaching and non-teaching fraternity of St. Joseph’s First Grade College, Jayalakshmipuram, were vaccinated (Covishield) against COVID-19 at a drive conducted by the Mysore Diocesan Educational Society at Jayalakshmipuram campus recently. 

The volunteers from the Red Cross and NCC Wings of the College facilitated smooth conduct of the COVID vaccination drive.

The Youth Red Cross Unit of MES First Grade College

The Youth Red Cross Unit of MES First Grade College, Udayagiri, Mahadevapura Main Road, Mysuru, conducted COVID-19 Vaccination Camp as per the University of Mysore guidelines for teaching, non-teaching and students of MES First Grade College.

A total of 119 students and staff were administered Covishield on this occasion. 

Principal and Secretary of College Youth Red Cross Unit Razia Begum, Nodal Officer Mohammed Irfan and Medical Staff from PHC Rajendranagar, Mysuru, were present.
