Voters awareness at RUDSETI

Mysuru: RUDSET Institute, Mysuru, conducted a voter awareness programme under Systematic Voters Education & Electoral Participation (SVEEP) of Election Commission of India at its premises in association with Karnataka Women’s Development Corporation, Mysuru unit.

During the programme, the officials of the Corporation and the Director of the Institute,  N.G. Lakshman Rao enlightened the participants about the importance of exercising franchise by all responsible citizens to strengthen the country’s democratic system.

An oath on following ethical practices in exercising franchise was also administered to the participants.

The programme was attended by 86 women trainees undergoing three different training programmes at the Institute apart from the guest faculties and the staff members of RUDSET Institute, Mysuru.
