Water pump, LPG cylinders stolen from Government School

Mysuru: Miscreants have decamped with a water pump and two LPG cylinders at a Government School in Nazarbad Police limits here and the incident has come to light on Monday morning, when the staff came to open the school.

The theft has taken place at the Government Higher Primary School in Giriyabovipalya in city.

The staff, after serving midday meals to the students on Saturday, had locked the school and when the staff came to open the school on Monday morning, they found the door forcibly opened. As they entered inside, they found that two LPG cylinders and a water pump missing.

School Head Master Shivanna has lodged a complaint in this regard. Nazarbad Police, who have registered a case, are investigating.
