Weekend curfew violation: Cops seize 39 vehicles

Mysore/Mysuru: The Mysuru City Traffic Police have seized a total of 39 vehicles for violating the weekend curfew rules in city.

The Traffic Cops, who conducted special checking drives across the city on Aug. 28, seized 30 two-wheelers, 7 cars and 2 auto-rickshaws, which were found moving unnecessarily on city roads despite weekend curfew.

City Police Commissioner Dr. Chandragupta has urged the public to follow COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Government to prevent the spread of the deadly virus and co-operate with the Police.
