N.R. Golf Open Championship – 2018 was organised at Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club (JWGC) in city recently. The event, sponsored by N. Ranga Rao and Sons, witnessed around 200 golf enthusiasts from Mysuru, Bengaluru, Coorg, Chikamagalur, Ooty and Kodaikanal, participating in around 17 categories.
R. Guru, Chairman, NR Group, Arjun Ranga, Pavan Ranga, Vishnu Ranga and Anirudh Ranga, Partners, NR Group, presented the trophies to the winners. C.S. Ravishankar, President, JWGC, H.D. Thimmappa Gowda, Hon. Secretary, Dr. Venkatesh Joshi, Captain, JWGC, Dr. S.L. Narayan, Hon. Treasurer, JWGC, B. Ravindranath Reddy, Chairman, Tournament Sub-Committee, were also present on the occasion.
