R.N. Ramesh, employee of CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, excelled in 55+ Doubles category of the All India Senior Tennis Championship held at Bengaluru recently.

Ramesh, along with Srinivas Reddy from (Anathpur-AP), exhibited a wonderful game of play, defeating Rawath and Basappa (both from Bengaluru) by 4-6, 6-4,10-4 in a thrilling semifinals.

In finals, the duo defeated  Shashikumar and Mahesh (both from Bengaluru) by 6-2,6-3 and lifted the Doubles Championship.
