Woman among others injured as ambulance hits car

Mysore/Mysuru: A woman sustained a fracture to her left shoulder while others sustained injuries when an ambulance rammed into their car near B.C. Lingaiah Circle on KRS Road here on Friday evening.

The woman, who suffered a fracture, is 26-year-old C.G. Ananya, an Engineer by profession and a resident of Dhatrinagar in Srirangapatna.

In her complaint, Ananya has stated that she, her brother Abhinav and their relatives were proceeding in their car (KA-09-MC-9534) from a relative’s house in Bannimantap and when they were proceeding near B.C. Lingaiah Circle, an ambulance (KA-53-A-2206), driven in a negligent manner, which came from Akashvani Circle side, rammed into their car which was being driven by he  brother Abhinav.

V.V. Puram Traffic Police have registered a case in this regard.
