Woman succumbs to injuries at hospital

Mysuru: A 55-year-old woman, who had sustained serious head injuries after falling from the bike on which she was riding pillion on Rajkumar Road at Kalyangiri and was admitted to a hospital, breathed her last on Apr.7 at the hospital. The deceased is Susheela Bai, a resident of Raghavendranagar in city.

On Apr.6, Susheela, along with her son M.S. Ashok, was proceeding towards Nehru Nagar to visit the house of a relative. When they neared the Indira Canteen on Dr. Rajkumar Road near Triveni Circle at Kalyangiri, the bike fell down and Susheela too fell from the bike resulting in her sustaining serious head injuries.

Though she was immediately admitted to a private hospital, she succumbed to injuries at the hospital the next day, according to Police.

Siddarthanagar Traffic Police have registered a case in this regard.
