Written test to recruit Civil Police Constables

Mysuru: The written test for recruitment of Civil Police Constables (Men and Women) for 72 posts was held at 20 Centres across the city yesterday. A total of 9,998 candidates appeared for the test that took place from 11.30 am to 1 pm.

CC cameras were installed at all the Centres and prohibitory order was imposed in 200 mts radius around each of the centre from morning till afternoon.

Mysuru City Police Commissioner K.T. Balakrishna, DCPs N. Vishnuvardhana and Vikram V. Amathe and others officials supervised all exam preparations.

ACPs and Inspectors were the invigilators.

The exam was conducted under tight Police security, with video recording and all necessary arrangements in place to prevent exam malpractices.
