Yeddyurappa sacks Computer Operator at BJP Office

April 29, 2017

Bengaluru: BJP State President B.S. Yeddyurappa has sacked a Computer Operator, working in the party State Head quarters at Malleswaram in Bengaluru, who is said to be a close aide of RSS functionary B.L. Santosh.

The action comes a day after Yeddyurappa squarely blamed Santosh as the mastermind behind the rift in the State BJP.

Santosh is the BJP National Joint Secretary (Organisation).

The Computer Operator Mallikarjuna from Haveri district had provided logistical support for organising ‘Save the Party,’ Convention that was organised by K.S. Eshwarappa at Palace Grounds here on Thursday, according to sources.

Mallikarjuna, is said to have designed the  banner for the Convention, used office phone to call Santosh’s supporters to participate in the Convention and sent e-mail to workers providing information about the Convention.

After knowing this, Yeddyurappa called Mallikarjuna, pulled him up and sacked him, the sources added.
