Chamarajanagar: A 19-year-old youth was murdered by his own colleagues following a scuffle over trivial reasons of conducting pujas at a temple in city on Saturday.  The deceased youth has been identified as Mahesh of Uppara Layout. Based on the complaint filed by the deceased’s mother, Rural Police SI Ravikiran arrested accused Mahesh and Kiran and has launched a hunt to nab two others Guru and Lokesh, who have gone absconding.

Deceased Mahesh and the accused were priests at a temple. All the four accused picked up a fight with Mahesh on Saturday evening over conducting puja and assaulted him, leading to his death.
