Mysore/Mysuru: The  result of 2021 QS World University Rankings by Subject was announced virtually on Mar.4 by Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, Union Minister of Education.

JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research (JSS AHER), Mysuru, was  ranked in the 201-250 rank band for the first time under the subject “Pharmacy & Pharmacology” among 1,453 institutions ranked globally across 51 narrow subjects and  5 broad  subject areas. JSS AHER was ranked among top 5 ranked HEIs in India under the subject “Pharmacy & Pharmacology.” 

This subject rankings including criteria like Academic & Employers Reputation, Publications, Citations and H-Index etc., reflects the quality and standard of education and research  provided by JSS AHER. 

It also scored well in other subjects like Life Sciences, Medicine and Dentistry and the institution is working on theses subjects with clear roadmap and strategies to be ranked under QS subject rankings in future.

JSS AHER, since its establishment, has significantly strengthened its teaching, research and service efforts to realise its vision and mission under the leadership and patronage of Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji, who is also the Chancellor of JSS AHER.
