Hassan: In a tragic incident, four members of a family including two children were drowned when the bullock cart they were travelling in, fell into a water tank at Uddur Hosahalli village in Holenarasipur taluk of the district this morning. The victims have been identified as Rajegowda (48), Sharadamma (45), Ruchitha (8) and Druthi (6).

The four persons were travelling in a potato seeds-loaded bullock cart to their farmland, when the bullock cart toppled and fell into the water tank along the road at Uddur Hosahalli, resulting in the mishap, it is learnt. The jurisdictional Halli Mysuru Police have registered a case in this regard.
