Indefinite protest begins till DKS is released

Mysuru:  Members of D.K. Shivakumar (DKS) Swabhimani Balaga commenced their peaceful indefinite protest at Agrahara Circle here this morning condemning the arrest of D.K. Shivakumar being a very senior Congress leader and former Minister.

The protest, to be staged daily from 11 am to 1 pm, is said to be continued till DKS is released.

Mayor Pushpalatha Jagannath, former Mayor Modamani, former MLA M.K. Somashekar, MLC R. Dharmasena, City Congress President R. Murthy, State Women Congress President Dr. Pushpa Amarnath, Balaga Convenors Manjunath, N. Bhaskar, Srinath Babu, Shivanagappa and others were present.
