House tax: Senior citizen’s appeal to MCC Commissioner

Sir,

I am a pensioner aged 90 plus and living in Bogadi 2nd Stage. My house tax is not being received for the last 3 years for want of Completion Report (CR) and a slight variation from the plan.

For the variation I am bound to pay whatever penalty as per rules. Regarding the CR, the Government has to come to the help of the owners by issuing orders to accept it.

The MCC authorities are collecting house tax in the localities concerned. I request the MCC Commissioner to accept any provisional amount pending the final settlement. Can I expect a favourable response from the Commissioner?
