City Court stays Mysore Sports Club member’s suspension

Mysuru: The City’s Second Additional Munsiff Court has stayed the suspension of a member of Sri Kanteerava Narasimharaja Sports Club (Mysore Sports Club), besides allowing the member to take part in the Sports Club election to be held on June 25.


Mysore Sports Club member Aditya Desiraj had moved the court questioning the club’s action suspending his membership and asking him not to take part in any activities of the club. The court, which heard Aditya Desiraj’s petition, stayed the club’s order and allowed him to take part in the club’s election to be held on Sunday, June 25.
