Accident victim dies

Somwarpet: A 38-year-old man, who was seriously injured in a road accident while crossing the road in Hunsur, died of injuries at a hospital in Mangaluru.

The deceased is H.A. Ramesh, son of  Annaiah of Koothi village in the taluk, who had worked as a gunman in Bengaluru.

About five days ago, Ramesh, who had been to Hunsur, was crossing the road after having lunch when he met with an accident resulting in him suffering serious injuries. He was rushed to a hospital in Mysuru and was later shifted to a hospital in Mangaluru, where he succumbed to injuries on Nov.10. Last rites were held at his native place.
