Mysuru: JSS Institute of Speech and Hearing, M.G. Road, had recently organised its Annual Day and valedictory of Students’ Association for the Year 2016-17. The event was inaugurated by DFRL Director Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma.

Surabhi Ganakalamandira Director Vidu. Dr. Sukanya Prabhakar was the guest of honour. JSS Mahavidyapeetha Medical Education Division Director Dr. R. Mahesh presided.

The Institute also gave the annual awards during the function apart from distributing prizes to the winners in various cultural and sports activities. D. Darshan, a 3rd year B.Sc student, was declared the Best Student while Nimisha R. Nair (Intern) received the Best Clinician Award; Sreenidhi (Intern) was presented Best Outgoing Student of the Year award and Harisha Gowtham was awarded Best Outgoing Student Award (MASLP). Indu Thammaiah, Lecturer, presented the annual report of the Institute. D. Darshan, General Secretary of the Students Association, presented the annual report of the Association. JSS Institute of Speech and Hearing Director Dr. N.P. Nataraja and In-charge Principal R. Suma were present.
