‘Appu Sambhrama’ Musical Night on Mar. 19

Mysuru: ‘Appu Sambhrama,’ a musical night has been organised at Sarada Vilas College Centenary Hall in Krishnamurthypuram here on Mar. 19 from 4 pm.

Addressing a press meet at Patrakartara Bhavana on Sunday, B.S. Jayaramaraju of PRK Music Orchestra said that as part of the birth anniversary of Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar, who had an untimely death, a  musical tribute is being paid on Mar. 19 from 4 pm to 9 pm.

Sri Ilai Alwar Swamiji of Melukote, MLC C.N. Manjegowda, Ln. K. Devegowda and others will attend the programme.

To mark the 47th birthday of Puneeth Rajkumar,  singers from the city will sing 47 songs.

The singers include Jayaram, Ravisantu, Sarvamangala, Rashmi Srinivas, Sowmyshree among others.

In addition, under the aegis of Lions Jeevadhara Blood Bank and Annapoorna Eye Hospital, blood donation and eye donation camps are also being organised. Singers Srikanta Rao, Prakash, Gururaj, Kichha Mahesh and Drummer William were present at the press meet.
