Mysore/Mysuru: Marking the 63rd birthday of M.B. Santosh, the Founder-President of Mysuru Sahitya Mattu Samskrutika Pratishtana, the Pratishtana, in association with Hemaganga Sahitya Mattu Samskrutika Pratishtana, will be conferring different awards to achievers at a  programme to take place at Rotary School premises, JLB Road here on Apr. 7 at 10 am.

Those who will receive the awards are — Dr. Siddarama Honkal (Karnataka Sahitya Ratna Award), C. Vani Raghavendra (Bahubasha Sahitya Chetana Award), Dr. K. Premkumar (Shikshana Ratna Award), Sujatha Ravish (Sahityashri Award) and children — R. Chandrashekar, A. Chinmayi Nayak and P. Annapurne (Balashri Awards).

Also, M.B. Santosh’s work  ‘Noopura’, writer B. Shobha’s work ‘Bhaavarangada Payana’ – a collection of poems and  C. Vani Raghavendra’s work ‘Dr. Shwetha’ – the English translation of M.B. Santosh’s Kannada  work ‘Dr. Shwetha’ will be released on the occasion.
