Bandipur gets new ACF and RFO

Mysore/Mysuru: M.N. Naveen took charge as  the Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF) of Bandipur Tiger Reserve Sub-Division and V. Shashidhar took charge as the Range Forest Officer (RFO) here on Wednesday.

The Bandipur ACF’s post was lying vacant since December last following the transfer of probationary IFS Officer Sandeep Kumar Patil  on completion of his probationary period, while the RFO post fell vacant following the transfer of Muniraju.

In another transfer, Jharkhand cadre IFS officer S.R. Natesh, who was serving as Project Director of Bandipur Tiger Reserve, has been transferred to Bengaluru, following which Mysuru Wildlife Division DCF Dr. V. Karikalan has been given the additional charge.
