Mysuru: The body of a 22-year-old youth was found near a drain close to Siddappaji temple in Rajivnagar on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Shiva (22), a native of Uttar Pradesh.

Shiva, a painter by profession, was found dead with head injuries near the drain close to Siddappaji temple, Rajivnagar and it is suspected that Shiva may have been murdered by miscreants using lethal weapons.

The Udayagiri Police have registered a case in this regard and are investigating.
