Book exhibition marks National Library Week

As part of National Library Day, Department of Public Libraries has organised book exhibition in all public libraries of the district and will be celebrating ‘Rashtriya Granthalaya Saptaha’ from today (Nov. 14) to Nov. 20 in a simple manner due to the pandemic.

The Department in association with District Training and Extension Centre has organised a seminar on Google Meet app on Nov. 17 at 11 am where Senior Librarian of Government First Grade College, Chamarajanagar, Dr. Jayakumar will speak on the topic ‘The Importance of Libraries.’
