Bengaluru: Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa will fly to Delhi this afternoon to attend a banquet hosted for US President Donald Trump by President Ram Nath Kovind at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi this evening. On his expectations of Trump’s visit, CM’s sources said, “Yediyurappa may have a word or two with Trump on bilateral issues if he gets an opportunity to meet him.” 

Chief Ministers K. Chandrashekar Rao (Telangana), Uddhav Thackeray (Maharashtra), Edappadi K. Palaniswami (Tamil Nadu), Manohar Lal Khattar (Haryana) and Biju Patnaik (Odisha) will also attend the banquet, it is learnt.
