Bus shelter continues to be topless

June 6, 2018

Sir,

The bus shelter provided near KEB stop in Kuvempunagar, which is said to have been sponsored by the Karnataka Bank, continues to remain topless despite the omission was reported earlier in November 2017 in these columns.

The MCC, which provides the bus shelters in city, has not taken the matter seriously. Summer is over and the rainy season has already started but no remedial measures have been taken despite the matter being brought to their notice. The poor passengers who want to take shelter continue to suffer.  Will the MCC wake up from its slumber?
