C.R. Raju (78), a retired Chief Engineer of Irrigation Department and a resident of Gayathripuram in city, passed away here this morning.

He leaves behind his wife Mylamma, son Shivakumar, daughter Umamaheshwari, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites will be performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill tomorrow (Jan. 26) morning, according to family sources.
