Heaps of garbage piled up near Jodi Hunase Mara in Vijayanagar 4th Stage, 1st Phase, is not cleared. This is resulting in garbage getting scattered on the road with cattle and stray dogs feeding on them. Authorities concerned are urged to get the garbage cleared at the earliest.
