Brig. Ajjinikanda C. Pemmaiah (Retd.), a resident of Swagath Apartments in Jayalakshmipuram, passed away yesterday in city. He was 89. A native of Chennangi, Pollibetta in Kodagu, he is survived by his wife Sulochana (Chendanda), children Manish and Ammatanda Bindu. Last rites were performed at Muktidhama in Vijayanagar 4th Stage here this afternoon.
