Mysuru: Celebrating the success of Operation Sindoor, the Chamundeshwari Constituency BJP Unit took out a Tiranga Yatra on Friday.

The Yatra, which was flagged off by MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar,  Vijayanagar Yoganarasimhaswamy Temple Secretary Srinivas and Exserviceman Sridhar at  Hootagalli Santemaala on Hunsur Road, passed through the main thoroughfares of Hootagalli before culminating at KHB Colony.

Speaking on the occasion, Sridhar said that unity of the country is very vital when the country is attacked or threatened by enemies. Stressing on the need for everyone not to make any anti-national statements during war time and when it comes to national security, he said that the killing of 26 persons at Pahalgam by Pakistan backed terrorists is most condemnable.
