May 29, 2018

Bengaluru: Nearly a week after assuming power, Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy held his first Janata Darshan at his home office Krishna here this morning.

Although the programme was scheduled to commence at 10 am, there was a delay of couple of hours, as Kumaraswamy was said to be pre-occupied with consultations over Cabinet formation and other engagements, it is learnt.

A large number of people had lined up for the Janata Darshan to personally meet the new CM and air their grievances or give representations.

The CM is said to have given a patient hearing to the people and assured them of looking into the problems faced by them.
