Contests for School and PU students on Dec.10 and 11

Mysuru:  The Department of Public Instruction will be holding a two-day District-level ‘Pratibha Karanji’ and ‘Kalotsava’ programme, during which various contests for Primary, High School and PUC students will take place at Sarada Vilas Educational Institutions premises in Krishnamurthypuram on Dec.10 and 11.

The contests include recitation in different languages, light music, fancy dress, painting, story-telling, clay-modelling, devotional songs, etc., for primary school students (4th to 7th std.) and recitation in various languages, folk songs, bhavageete, Bharatanatyam, extempore speech, mimicry, debates, rangoli, ghazal, etc., for High School and PU students, according to a press release.
